What does it take to be vegan AND an endurance athlete? Malaysia’s pioneering Plant-Based Lifestyle Advocate shares her experiences so far as a no-meat athlete, and now training as an open water swimmer in a two-person vegan team for the 16km Perhentian Island Challenge 2022.
